Corinthian Helmet
Originating in ancient Greece and named after the city-state of Corinth, this helmet was prevalent from 700 to 400 BC. Made of bronze or iron, the Corinthian helmet evolved to cover the entire head and neck. It featured slits for the eyes and mouth and included a prominent curved projection to shield the nape of the neck.
